General conditions of sale of the Magnet Surf School

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between MAGNET SURF SCHOOL and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through service providers and/or intermediary partners, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. These reservation and cancellation conditions shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by MAGNET SURF SCHOOL.
MAGNET SURF SCHOOL reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of purchase by the buyer.

Rates

Surfing lessons and courses are sold at the price indicated on the site, the brochure and the MAGNET SURF SCHOOL brochure. The prices are indicated in euros including tax on the various communication media of MAGNET SURF SCHOOL and can be changed at any time by the management of the establishment.
In this case, the applicable rates will be those defined between the management and the customer on the date of the reservation.

Reservations

Customers wishing to register must complete and sign the registration form on which they will indicate all the details requested. He will also have to make the payment under the conditions provided and confirm his registration. The confirmation of the reservation entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, the recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and the renunciation of availing oneself of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. Payment terms

The customer must pay the full amount of the reservation on site on the first day of the course/training, if registration is made less than seven days before the start of the course/training. Cancellation and refund

Responsibility of the buyer

Any person participating in a surf lesson is taken care of and under the responsibility of MAGNET SURF SCHOOL at the call of its name until the
end of the lesson. Parents or legal guardians of minors must ensure the progress of the service. MAGNET SURF SCHOOL is in no way
responsible for students outside of class. Course participants are required to respect the safety instructions under penalty of exclusion from the
session. The buyer must comply with the health protocol in force (vaccination pass, test, etc.)

Responsibility of Magnet Surf School

MAGNET SURF SCHOOL cannot be held responsible for any moral or bodily injury caused by third parties to course participants. MAGNET insures in accordance with the law a civil liability cover. If the customer wishes additional guarantees, it is up to him to subscribe to them personally.
